Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will notify The Phulkari of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, merchandise defect, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by you.
